This Global Data Processing Agreement (“Agreement”) is established by and between Atlante Technologies, a small company specialized in software development and publication (“Atlante Technologies”), and all entities, employees, and partners of Atlante Technologies (collectively referred to as the “Parties”).

This Agreement governs the processing of personal data and sensitive data by Atlante Technologies on a global scale.

1. Scope of the Agreement

This Agreement applies to all personal data and sensitive data collected, processed, stored, or transmitted by Atlante Technologies, regardless of the location where they are processed or stored.

2. General Principles

Atlante Technologies commits to adhering to the following principles concerning the processing of personal data:

2.1. Transparency: Atlante Technologies informs the concerned parties clearly and transparently about how their data is collected, used, and processed.

2.2. Purpose: Atlante Technologies processes personal data only for specific and legitimate purposes and retains data only for the time necessary to achieve those purposes.

2.3. Data Minimization: Atlante Technologies collects only the data necessary to achieve the specific processing objectives.

2.4. Data Security: Atlante Technologies implements technical and organizational security measures to protect data against the risks of loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

2.5. Data Transfer: Atlante Technologies transfers personal data to other countries only when necessary to achieve the processing purposes, and adequate safeguards for data protection are in place.

2.6. Rights of Data Subjects: Atlante Technologies respects the rights of data subjects, including the right of access, rectification, erasure, and objection.

3. Responsibility and Training

Atlante Technologies is responsible for implementing this Agreement and is committed to providing adequate training to its employees to ensure compliance with the principles of personal data processing.

4. Incident Management

Atlante Technologies has an incident management plan in place to respond effectively to data breaches or security incidents, minimizing consequences and informing competent authorities and stakeholders in accordance with the law.

5. Review and Continuous Improvement

This Agreement is subject to periodic reviews to ensure its effectiveness and compliance with relevant regulations. Atlante Technologies is committed to continuously improving its personal data processing practices.

By signing this Global Data Processing Agreement, the Parties acknowledge and accept the terms and obligations described above. Atlante Technologies is committed to upholding the principles of personal data processing and ensuring data protection in all its global activities.
